The Paral·lel Festival takes place in a beautiful location about 130km north of Barcelona. The festival is celebrated in the middle of the nature, right in the mountains of the Cadi-Moixeró natural park, belonging to the catalan Prepyrenees.
There are several alternatives to reach the festival premises as detailed below:
We encourage you to leave the car at home and take advantage of one of our shuttle buses from Barcelona, so that the environmental impact is minimal. Shuttle buses will depart from Barcelona city center on Friday afternoon to the festival premises, in a journey that should take just below 2 hours.
The schedule will be as follows:
Barcelona to Paral·lel - Friday 31st August
First departure: 13:30h
Second departure: 16:00h
Paral·lel to Barcelona
First departure Sunday 2nd September: 21h
Second departure Monday 3rd September: 10:30h
Please note that tickets need to be purchased in advanced and that only return tickets are available. We recommend to be at the bus stop at least 15 minutes before departure.
Paral·lel Festival promotes collaborative economy to reduce the environmental footprint while keeping transport costs low. We will shortly provide tips and suggestions about the best platforms to use to share your travel to the Festival!
The festival is located in the Prepyrenees, just above 1.5 hours drive from Barcelona. From Barcelona take the C-16 Highway (Autopista de Montserrat) direction Pyrenees.
Please note that the land in the festival premises can be uneven and it is your own responsibility to access it with your own vehicle
