' Ishq ' is Matt Hillier and the main persona behind many otherworldly musical projects as “ishq”, “ishvara”, “elve”, “Indigo Egg” and many others.

Based in Cornwall, UK he has been creating immersive ambient music and electronica  since early 90’s and Live is well known in festival scenes for his dynamic sonic installations as well as more chilled gigs alongside experimental techno dj sets .
