Paral·lel Pay is the only way to pay at our bar and foodtrucks. It’s 100% free of charge.

You can top up your wristband beforehand or on site and pay with a single tap.

TOP UP BEFORE THE FESTIVAL - available from Monday 20th July

You can top up online and your virtual wallet will be automatically connected to your wristband when you check in at the festival. You’ll just need to insert your ticket code (alphanumeric code under your QR ticket code). When you check in at the festival and collect your wristband, your money will be ready to use.

TOP UP DURING THE FESTIVAL

You can top up online at the very same link using the code at the back of your wristband chip. You can also top up at our top-up booth, paying with card or cash.

REFUNDS
Keep hold of your wristband after the festival! You’ll need it to claim your refund of any unused money.
The refund process is open from 13:00 on Tuesday 28th July to 23:59 on Friday 28th August (all times CEST).
